I had a lovely experience. The place is pretty bare bones and yes, there is some sound transfer, but other than the one really high end place I went in Edina years ago, I have never had a silent experience. I was there for 90 minutes, and did indeed get hot stones. I found the massage relaxing(my goal) and quite nice. I was warmly greeted and had to wait only a few minutes. My massage therapist was not chatty, but that is OK with me. She could have been a bit more forthcoming with the«stay for a few minutes and drink lots of water,» as she did just kind of leave when she was done. The groupon deal is a good one, I would go back and might explore some of their facial options.

They did an amazing job! I regularly use groupon and other similar sites to get deals on spa services, so I have experienced all levels of quality and service. Considering their small space and slightly hidden location; which would normally be a problem for me, they did an incredible job! I was so pleased with the relaxing atmosphere, and accommodating measures, that it was very easy to overlook. Overall, I would highly recommend the genuine spa!

I purchased the LivingSocial deal that(as others mention below) included a 90 min hot stone OR Swedish massage with luxury foot treatment and glass of wine. Tina was my masseuse and she greeted me at the door. Tina was very sweet and polite. She asked if I wanted to drink a glass of wine before or after my massage and I choose to get into the massage right away. The massage was nice, I chose Hot Stone Massage, and I was very happy with the extra deep work! Obviously hot stone massage still include Swedish massage but both modalities felt great! I enjoyed the foot scrub and foot mask(although it does chill you because of the menthol) it’s exactly like the treatment done at Pedicure places. My massage was about 75 mins and Tina spent 15 min on the foot treatment which is understandable so I was happy. Afterwards I sat and enjoyed my glass of wine. Trader Joe’s Charles Shaw brand which is cheap, but I buy this wine often so I liked it. I didn’t feel like I was in a high end spa, but it was very nice for the price! I would consider going again for the same price.

Worst massage ever do not go here!!! I purchased a living social deal for here and was really excited about it. It was to include 60 min hot stone or Swedish massage with 30 min foot treatment and glass of wine. My massage/foot treatment combo was not the advertised 90 min. It was 68 min from when I undressed to redressed. And there were no hot stones involved or offered. My masseuse was horrible and had no idea what she was doing. Her way of massaging my arms was literally to pinch my underarm fat with all her fingers. She never had me face up to work on my arms, legs, neck or shoulders. She also spent a good 15 min at a sink in the corner of the room«preparing for my foot treatment» the foot treatment was horrible as well. All it was was a salt rub, she then took 10 min rinsing the salts off. Threw some cheap menthol lotion that made my feet feel like they were burning all over and covered with hot towels. Summary do not go here its a total waste of time and money

I bought the Groupon deal for a 90 minute massage with foot treatment. I had a wonderful massage with Remy! She asked to make sure the pressure she was using was good and the hot stones were great! It is located in an older building, but the atmosphere is relaxing, with warm, dimly lite rooms and soft music playing. I would recommend a massage with Remy to anyone looking or a relaxing massage at a great price!

I am very surprised by the high ratings from the previews two reviewers. I also went after purchasing a Groupon: «90-minute hot stone massage with foot treatment». This was not the case– it was more like a 60-minute foot treatment and 30-minute massage, no hot stones at all. They had 1 strike against them before the massage even started, as I went for my appointment and when I showed up, they informed me their furnace was being repaired. It was maybe 25 degrees inside. They offered for me to stay«until it warmed up» but the repairman was drilling and hammering away and the staff were in winter coats! Why wouldn’t you call to cancel and appointment if your spa is unbearable? I came the next day– called first to make sure the heat was working– and was greeted by a clueless receptionist. She didn’t know who I was and asked me to pay the tax on my Groupon immediately. Really? Before the service? She ushered me back to my room where I sat for 5 – 10 minutes before I was greeted by the masseuse, who also didn’t know my name. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt, as she was a sweet lady, but there was NO relaxing during this«massage», as I could hear every little thing in the spa. I’m talking beeping microwaves, toilets flushing, dishes clanking. If there’s one reason you go to a spa, it’s to relax. You shouldn’t be watching the clock to hope your 90 minutes are up. My fiancé bought this Groupon for me for Valentine’s Day and I had to tell the poor guy we should ask for our money back. I would not recommend this place as it was clearly a clinic or dentist’s office turned into a spa with little to no renovation, poorly trained staff, and no peace and quiet. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I purchased a 90 minute massage deal through LivingSocial so I really did not know what to expect. I had previously purchased a similar package with another establishment some months earlier that was rather ho-hum so my expectations were not very high. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised! Every employee in the establishment had a smile on their face and was attentive to my needs. I was given a glass of wine as part of the package(unknown vineyard, but dry, white and delicious) and then led to the massage parlor when I finished. The room was small and very dimly lit however also had the ambience of relaxation essential to the experience. My masseuse indulged me with the Swedish massage I had paid for as well as a hot oil foot massage that was incredible. I always carry tension in my lower back but was unaware of the tension in my quads(upper legs) until the masseuse kneaded it away. The sense of relaxation, serenity and peace did not end with the massage but carried me through the remainder of a busy stressful day. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment for their professionalism, attention to detail and impecable service. I will return!
