It looks really nice on the inside but I’ve heard residents pay a pretty hefty price. Probably not as expensive as the brand new apartment across the street though. The gym is pretty nice and the rec room has ping pong and a pool table with TV if I recall correctly. There’s also one day a week where they pop free pop corn. It’s furnished so if you’re from out of state it might be more convenient. Looks like they have underground parking and it is right across the street from the law school. Less than 5 minute walk to the Humphrey Public Policy Institute and Carlson School of Management.
