These guys are the world’s largest independent Taylor guitar dealer. Who knew? Apparently, they are legendary on the web but the store front is totally low key. If you can find them, going to that shop is like belonging to an exclusive guitar club. Jim is always friendly but will leave you alone in the front room if you just want to try the guitars. He told me that they do more custom Taylor guitars than anyone. He knew the answer to every question I had and obviously knows his stuff. All he did was talk guitars with me and he did not try to «sel» me a thing. Weird. I had fun and am going back when I am ready to buy. There were a ton of Limited run models and I am seriously in lust for one of those. Look for the neon Taylor Guitars sign in the window. It’s about the only way to find this place, unless they have the blinds open so you can see guitars in there.

I bought a Taylor guitar from Jim at Guitar Rodeo back in 2006 and received a great deal and everything worked out fantastic. It’s always iffy when buying online… especially when dealing with lots of money as guitars can be, but Jim was highly recommended and all worked out perfect.
Okay, enough typing… I’m gonna grab my Taylor and play!
