HOWHASNOONEREVIEWEDTHISPLACEYET?! That being said, this place is to die for(YES, TODIEFOR). A little background, the building opened in 1915 and just recently celebrated its centennial anniversary. This library looks like the kind that booknerds only dream of. Little nooks to sit and read on in between the shelves, 30 ft ceilings in Tudor-style architecture, classy chairs by a freakin FIREPLACE?! Sadly enough, I grew up around here for a few years and never stopped inside. It features an extremely broad variety of cultural reads(a huge selection of black authors, YES). It’s definitely a hidden gem.
