I have no doubt that their service technicians are knowledgeable, but be sure to call ahead to see if they work on your equipment. If they don’t, you’ll waste a trip and the technician will dismiss you in a very arrogant way.

Hi-​Fi is a wonderful resource for all products, new and old. I brought a vintage turntable here and Dave brought it up to tip-​top shape. I am very grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Considering the time and resources he put into it, I found the cost very reasonable. I highly recommend!

This is the place for high end audio gear in the Twin Cities. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics or condescension. Kudos too for the quality repair service. Dave went through my 40 year old Marantz receiver and now it’s working like a charm. The used/​consignment area always offers tempting treasure. There’s even an interesting selection of fairly priced used vinyl available for your browsing pleasure. Highly recommended.

I liked this place. Not my favorite audio place in town but they are good at what they do and carry a nice selection of audio components. I would definitely suggest checking them out and listening to their stuff. You may find the perfect setup for your place.
I personally did not find exactly what I was looking for but their friendly staff did their best to help me out give em a shot…
