I contacted iMetro after living in Minneapolis for less than a year and deciding to purchase a house here. My search began as a frightening experience because I had no idea what I was doing: I’d never bought real estate before, didn’t know the city that well, and understood little about the housing market (except that it crashed not long ago). In this state of ignorance and anxiety, I called iMetro.
That’s when things got fun. Danny described neighborhoods I should consider, got me on an up-​to-​date housing database, sent me houses that matched my criteria, and scheduled places to see. Within a week, I’d found my house! After deciding it was the one on a Sunday morning, Danny had an offer drafted and in the sellers’ hands before dinner time. There were other interested buyers, so timing was crucial.
