Jimmy John’s

Sandwiches are good. I don’t know why I keep ordering from the specific restaurant. I live .5 miles away and I never get my food within an hour. I thought it was supposed to be freakishly fast. This is the second time. Staff is not very helpful when you called to let them know when something went wrong.

Freaky Slow. I walked in and the employees followed behind me. Shouldn’t they be inside working? No hand washing And the employees all smelled like cigarettes. I paid over $ 10.00 for a 8″ or so sandwich… They charge for ingredients free at other sandwich restaurants. One word, YUCK!!!

I don’t expect much from spending $ 8 on a sandwich and I do love my local jimmy Johns. But this location either has really bad management or I just got the most incompetent person ever. It took an hour to be delivered, but that is not the issue. After him going to the wrong address, he tells me I have to come outside to pick it up because deliveries are not allowed in the hotel. This was after the fact I told him I saw 3 different pizza deliveries happen while waiting. So much for Jimmy Johns fast.

Came In with a friend for dinner my first time here. Very good sandwiches. I ordered the hunters club # 10. The employees were friendly.

as someone who travels a lot I have come to rely on jimmy johns speed and consistency (normally I love their tuna). that is until this terd on 78^th and portland. wow. order taker is an ass. food is slimy (how do you mess up a sandwich?). and they must be hurtin because getting an extra mustard packet from these fools is even a big deal. yuk

Worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever had. My sandwich was literally smashed and flattened. My mother’s had almost no turkey and very little lettuce. The 49¢ day-​old bread with free mayo packets would have been a better deal.

Order taker messed up order from the start, didn’t charge for the soda we asked for and was rude when corrected. Found a hair in my sandwich, it was promptly remade.

Ordered lunch mid day today and they were here in less than 10 minutes!!! Order was correct. Impressed JJ!

Took an hour to get my two subs and then the driver made me come down to the lobby of my hotel to get the food. **Hotel does not require this**

My girlfriend and I ordered Jimmy John’s on February 4, 2014 and it was freaky fast like the commercials say, but the order was incorrect. It wasn’t anything significant but I ordered a Coca-​Cola and got a diet Coca-​Cola so we thought we’d call them and tell them. We spoke with a manager on duty named Alicia. She offered to give us a credit for the mixup or have the driver run the correct soda out to us but my girlfriend said no thank you, we just wanted to let you know. she was immediately hung up on. When she told me this I was surprised since we live a mile away from the store and gave a three dollar tip and weren’t looking for any type of compensation due to the mixup so I called back and received the same unprofessional and rude hang up after the conversation.
So I called back a second time, this was the third time between me and my girlfriend and got the store managers name and the manager on duty’s name. Alicia was the very rude manager on duty my goal is that Andrea the store manager reads this and does something about correcting this.

The guys working when friendly and funny. Food was good like it always is at Jimmy’s.
