The people working at the front desk are not very approachable. Whenever I’ve called or come in they’ve been curt and monotone, and I get the distinct impression that I’m bothering them. The hours to call and speak to someone are only between 9:30 and noon, and again from 1:30 and 3:30, but they don’t often answer the phone when I’ve called between these times. I really liked the doctor I saw there, and the Genoa Pharmacy they have on site is fantastic!

For a mental health organization, the women at the front desk are oddly incompetent and rude. When trying to get in earlier(at the worry of my therapist), the receptionist left a VM saying they had a spot for me to get in right away. When I called back less than an hour later the spot had been taken. The VM made it sound like the spot was being held for me, and I was frustrated to hear that it was not. When I let them know my frustration, the receptionist had absolutely no tact or customer service skills. She refused to admit fault at not being more clear that the spot was not being reserved for me, and she straight up refused to let me speak to her supervisor. She also did not care to hear why it was important(and why my therapist emphasized) I should be seen right away. The front desk is the face of any company, and this face comes across as rude, condescending, and uncaring. I would not want anyone with more severe mental illness to have to deal with these people.
