We have purchased several items from Lappin lighting over the years, most recently approximately 10 years agofor a remodel. Their customer service is unbelievable. One fixture failed after a number of years and they replaced it without question. When there was a problem with the replacement fixture years thereafter they again replaced it without question. Where else in today’s world can you get such fabulous customer service. Of course, their selection of lamps and fixtures is terrific too.

GREAT selection of light fixtures, wall sconces, tracks, etc. ! Staff is very knowledgeable of how the systems work, and make good suggestions on the quality, lumes, and how lighting may appear in a room. Yet, when a track (bulb, housing) starts to age/break, recently they just say, in essence, buy a new one or have an electrician look at it (unlikely an electrician will assess a fixture). Seems to me, post-sale ‘service’ is mild to weak.

I recently visited Lappin Lighting for the first time two weeks ago to look for light fixtures for our basement remodel. I will admit, at first I was skeptical. I imagined extremely expensive fixtures with no discernable difference from the Big Box stores in quality. Well, I was wrong. From a price standpoint, some fixtures are only slightly more expensive than big boxes. However, the quality of the product and the customer service more than make up for it. We got exactly what we wanted for our project and could not feel better about the decision.
