LIME Apartments

If you’re like me, access to cool and fresh urban amenities is a MUST! At Lime, you’re just minutes from Flux, Murals, Zap, Swish and all the other new condominium buildings that make urban life so fast paced and thrilling! Whether you want a mojito at the Flux 5^th floor pop up cocktail lounge or just want to take in a flick at the Mural’s Tuesday Night Condo Association Rom Com Mixer, other condos are only a quick stroll down fast paced urban streets (or watch the Uptown Lifestyle fly by as you whiz between fun themed parking garages– roaring 20’s anyone???). City life is full of culture and cultural amenities and the Lime lifestyle reflects the thriving local condo scene we pride ourselves on here in Minneapolis. Any architecture buffs out there? You’re in luck! Whether your taste is more «Terminal C at the Airport» or «Five Year Old Gets Blank Check To Turn Fridge Drawings Into Human Habitations» just walk out Lime’s front door and experience the living museum our fast-​paced condoscape truly is. Living in the city is where it’s at! Cultural Amenities?! Yes please!

LIME has been our home for over a month and we have been very pleased with our experience. We rented the apartment sight unseen via a facetime walk through and couldn’t have chosen a better location for our lifestyle. The neighborhood is safe with plenty of walkable activities. The staff at LIME are exceptional! They have not only been attentive to our needs as we moved into the apartment, they also saw that any maintenance needs were met as we found them after arrival. Everyone is really friendly and there is a sense of family environment in the complex. Jamie, Casey and Matt at LIME have gone above and beyond to not only make our transition smooth, but to also welcome us to Minneapolis and offer their advice on «must do’s» in the city. Even with so many attractions nearby, we have had the best of times enjoying the amenities LIME has to offer: FULL season hot tub, pool deck, grilling stations, gym/​yoga center, roof top outdoor area for sunset and grilling, commons room for game day parties, in house restaurant with happy hour. Thanks LIME for spoiling us!

I moved into Lime a couple of months ago, and I could not be happier with my decision. I moved to the twin cities without friends or family, and was looking for a place that would offer a social avenue while maintaining a professional and clean atmosphere. Lime the perfect blend of fancy and fun.
Hats off to the staff: Jamie is the ultimate leasing agent; she gave me a tour of the entire apartment, discussed other buildings objectively, and worked with me to have a contract and move in date set in under a week. I got in late on a Friday night and the Matt was there to greet me with a welcome basket and my keys. Casey is always up for a chat at the concierge desk and is ready to recommend activities for the weekend and provide details on the happenings at Lime.
Amenities are fantastic. In no particular order:
+ year-​round hot tub access
+ heated pool
+ gym with weights (up to 100 lbs), machines, cardio equipment, yoga room, punching bag, sauna, showers
+ pet friendly
+ restaurant in the lobby
+ heated underground parking
+ dry cleaning delivered to the garage

Thing is there is nothing wrong with this building.
There services are just really awkward. Took me a while to figure out how to say that because the staff is very nice.
Intrusively awkward enough to rate them 3 stars.
They just over promise and under deliver.
Their vendors do not help the situation either. The staff at marche is not as good as a typical Starbucks. Take that for what it’s worth. I loved the bizzie box cleaners until they had a 20% price increase without notice. Who can forget the guy who complained about noise from the upstairs common room so much they had to roll the hours back to close at 10 pm… move out man.
For Greco I would say avoid amenities beyond a great gym, common area, pool, and hot tub.

Really stoked on this place now after living here for 13 months.
Some strengths:
+ heated, underground parking is the best feature ever
+ The location is excellent if you don’t want to use your car for groceries, bar, food, bike path, etc
+ interior looks cool
+ quartz table tops
+ gym isn’t often busy
+ outdoor hot tub in the wintertime is great
+ front desk staff is really responsive and nice
+ The cleaning staff are really nice and do amazing work.
+ reasonable price for the amenities, especially compared to other metros
Overall, I would recommend getting a place here.
