GUARANTEED FINANCING PLAN ON HAVING AT LEAST $ 5000.00 DOWN TO GET A VEHICLE.
My wife and I recemtly applied for credit with there special financing and corresponded with a salesman by the name of Daryl which assured us we were approved for fifnancing with 1000 – 1500 down.
We asked if they had inventory for our situation. We drove over 50 miles to the dealership and was greeted and was given to there finance manager to deal with. he stated said credit was pulled and he had a few cars to help us.
We drove the first car that was in the program after saying we liked it and asked if we put more money down would our options be any different we decided we wanted the first car. He then said he had a nice van with lower miles if we liked vans and we looked at the van and it was rusted, demted and dirty we said no we did not like that.
We were then told that the only option for us was the van. 1500 down on a 4000 van.
And if we wanted the first car which was 10 000 we had to put 4500 down. We told him that we made it clear to Darly that we did not want a junl car for our 2000 down and he assured us no.
The manager stated that his job is only to get people in to the dealership.
DONT GET SUCKED INTO THIS AND LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU
THEY DO HAVE GUARANTEED FINANCING FOR 50% DOWN ON A CAR THAT WOULD BARELY MAKE IT HOME BEFORE HAVING ISSUES.

This dealership is going to be a waste of your time. Do not even think about looking here for a new or used vehicle. The finance department will force you into purchasing warranties that don’t cover anything and they will waste ALL of your time. They will tell you that you have bad credit just so they can make more $ off of you. They will also most likely sell you a vehicle with no user manual and one that most likely break down in a few days of purchase. Overall, my experience was everything but pleasant. After two months, had to get their hr department involved and still no resolution. AWFUL SERVICE. AWFUL DEALERSHIP. AWFUL COMPANY. Recommend going elsewhere where customer service is the focus because they are anything but customer oriented.

My salesman, David Jones, was AMAZING! He has 17 years experience and it shows! Although I have less than perfect credit, he got me into a VERY nice car with manageable loan payments. Plus, after he had known me for about 30 minutes, he suggested a car that fit my personality to a T — and that was the one I drove home in. He went above and beyond what I had ever dreamed of getting from a car dealership (judging from experiences with different dealers in the past). I loved everything about this dealership and will be back in the future for any other car purchases or repairs I need.

SO disappointing. After spending an hour negotiating the price of a vehicle with a salesperson, we sat for a FULL TWO HOURS waiting for the finance department to help us while watching numerous people sit and be helped before us. When they finally got to us and we began signing documents, we realized they had increased our interest a FULL 2% and increased the total price by over $ 1000.00 from what we negotiated without even mentioning it to us and had we not looked closely, we would have missed it! Completely unprofessional and dishonest, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your hard earned money elsewhere to people who will give you honesty and respect.

Didn’t find the sales people to be very professional. The negotiating process with them wasn’t to my taste. Wouldn’t recommend.

If you’re interested in luxuries like an owner’s manual or batteries for the key fob, then this is definitely not the place for you. Don’t worry about asking if they can provide such amenities, they’ll say they can’t.
However, if you’re looking to be needled into buying an excessive and overpriced warranty that covers nothing, then by all means, please consider Lupient Kia for your shopping consternation.
UPDATING MY REVIEW
After receiving a reply to my initial response, I emailed the contact given to me as well as followed up with a response on Unilocal.I have not been contacted through either channel and am now dropping my rating to 1 star for this unreasonable lack of inital concern, lack of follow up and lack of response.

I purchased a vehicle here 3 months ago from out of state. When I arrived it had body damage that I was not informed of. On the drive home the car had very loud wind noise coming from a bad windshield replacement. Come to find out now, the car also has a bad piston. Now I need a new motor in a car I just purchased! I was told by a salesman to expect a call from the manager, haven’t heard a word. CROOKS.
