I received the Infant Stim mobile as a gift for my new baby, after admiring my girlfriend’s mobile. For whatever reason, it was missing a part in the box, so I emailed Manhattan Toy Company. They quickly responded with apologies and offered to send a replacement ASAP. Debby even included another small gift for my trouble. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, so I really appreciate it when I do. Not only that, but they have great products. Highly recommended.
