It was kind of like a ghost town. It’s a big store with not quite enough merchandise. I still managed to pick up a couple pillows I needed and something for my iPhone though. I Tried on some clothes, nothing quite right, a very nice lady handed me my number and took back the unneeded clothes. I did get asked if I needed help by an associate and had a very sweet girl check me out.

This Marshall’s has been around for a long time. I like this location as it just doesn’t get shopped as hard as the Minnetonka or Edina locations. Now this store is a hot mess, but I have to tell you it makes the hunt that much better! I swear they have a ton of markdowns on top of already good prices. As for service or help don’t expect a lot on that end either.

This was a whole new type of bad retail experience. The story goes like this… My partner and I needed to stop in here to replace some trimmers and I just wanted to look around. I pretty much love Marshalls so everytime I go there I know I will find something that I like. This time it proved to be much harder… I know it was closer to the end of store hours but seriously, unless a tornado tore up their store, there was no reason for how badly stocked and disorganized things were. I had ONE good experience with an associate, she greeted me and asked me if I needed help finding anything, and said«bless you» when I sneezed. Other than that, the people were rude, the store was nasty, and the checkout counter?! Jalyn(our cashier) acted like she not only didn’t give a shit, but she didn’t like us. She outright THREW my partners receipt back at him and demanded he sign. She even made us go and get another item off the shelf rather than just calling out for a price check. Now I get it, I work in retail and everyone has a bad day, but this chick is having a bad everything. I will NEVER go back to this location. It was beyond just disappointing, it was angering.
