I had a major problem that I won’t go into … but long story short: this place had absolutely no reason to refund me money on an item. I would have been completely screwed out of the money if they hadn’t refunded me my money. I was immediately nervous and riled up – ready to fight both the store and the company itself for my money back.
Instead, the company and store notified me *first* that I had nothing to worry about — all the money was ALREADY refunded to me and was ALREADY back in my bank account. I was stunned.
This potentially horrible ordeal was made right, and each interaction I had with both the store employees and the company itself showed that this chain and this store has the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. I would definitely do business with them again (and that’s saying something, since I never go to pawn shops). The fact that they have this level of service blew my mind (… since I have a pretty negative image of pawn shops …)
