McDonald’s

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in, ketchup dispensers are empty told person at counter they never filled them for the half hour I was there, I had to wipe off my own table in order to sit down and eat, with the amount of employees they have working this place should be spot less, only five other customers in here eating,

I usually don’t hold a grudge against restaurants when it comes to mistakes… mistakes get made… but the way you treat your customer can make or break you. Today I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and a glass of ice. When I got to the window I was handed a sugar free iced coffee and a water. I told the clerk (and I think he was the manager) my order and instead of just fixing the order he says «it says sugar free». To which my response is «well that is not what I ordered.» He then gets in a huffy and hands me my ice stating «here’s you ice!» As though I had offended him by asking for it. when I go to add the xtra ice to my iced coffee, I open the cup and there are 4 cubes. Seriously! #should have gone to Starbucks
