I was one of their sleep patients and had a bad experience. They charged me twice for the same study. When I asked them why they gave an excuse that the second analysis was for something else. But the report coming out of the first and second study were identical. I got fed up with arguing with them(3 phone calls and 2 visits just to dispute). Finally they wore me off. Then I found out they charged my insurance company also. Bunch of cons. Stay away. There are better options in the cities.

A truly disappointing medical practice. I went in for a sleep study and follow-up consultation, and in the end, I had to self-refer to another practice to get answers. My study showed a significant number of spontaneous arousals that were not correlated to breathing issues. Though Dr. Fox and and Mrs. Henney claim to be familiar with non-breathing related sleep problems, the fact that this is a lung center and Dr. Fox’s education is in pulmonary is telling. Without going into the details, Dr. Fox’s interpretation for my study was for me to get CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy), which is completely contrary to my assertions that I am not anxious, and my trouble isn’t falling asleep, it’s staying asleep. It’s like she wasn’t listening during our consultation. Mrs. Henney prescribed a medication that made my problems worse(by prescribing a medication that hindered REM sleep, of which I get precious little already). During a follow-up visit, I explained my problem, and Mrs. Henney began to rattle off drug names, and consulted Google on side effects; not reassuring. Unless you have easily identifiable breathing related sleep problems, I suggest going elsewhere.

I was referred to and met with Dr. Kaye for treatment of a bronchial condition. For my first appointment, I saw him 2 hours after our scheduled appointment. When I called to schedule the follow-up visit, I couldn’t get an appointment to see him for two months, so I made an appointment to meet with his associate, Dr. Stern. I saw Dr. Stern 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I then called the office manager, Barb James, and suggested that it might be considerate if someone would call patients when they recognized that the doctors were running late so that patients could schedule their time accordingly. When it came time for my third appointment, I called the office 30 minutes in advance of my appointment to find out if the doctor was on schedule. The first answer was«I don’t know.» When I pressed for a more definitive answer, the receptionist advised me of all of the business issues that were preventing her from answering my question. When I pressed further, she advised me that there were 4 patients ahead of me and that it would be «hard to determine» when I might see the doctor. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15am, the time was 10:45, and the doctor still had 4 patients ahead of me. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment. This practice is run very poorly at the expense of the patients. If you have a lot of time to waste, then be my guest. If you value your time, then I suggest you see a doctor at another care facility.
