Wow, like the other three reviews, I wish I would have done some due diligence and read these reviews before buying the Groupon. I wasted an entire day waiting for them to show up (they came over two hours after the late-​end of the 1:00 — 4:00 time frame, showing up after 6:00 p.m.). When the guy did finally show up, I was told he wouldn’t do any cleaning unless I paid an additional $ 77.80 for «repair and restoration.» What a joke; all I wanted was a carpet cleaning and the guy refused unless I paid an additional almost $ 80.00! I had the guy leave without doing any work because I refused to be scammed. The guy claimed Groupon would refund the cost of the Groupon because the company never redeemed it; however, while the guy was here, I looked up Groupon’s return policy and guess what… after 3 days sales are final. No refund. That didn’t stop the guy from saying, and I quote, «Yeah, that’s what they say on their site, but they will refund you.» Like Groupon’s site is lying about its return policy! What a joke! I wish Unilocal allowed 0 stars, because that’s what this company deserves. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS.

i wish i had read these before i bought the groupon! do not even think about doing business here! i paid for the carpet cleaning service in advance via groupon, and when i said i would not pay extra for «pre-​treating» they left! without even doing anything!!! and now i can’t get e refund!!! i would like to strangle someone right now!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I too bought a Groupon and they came and threw down some cleaner and then proceeded to try and upcharge me about $ 80.00. I told them I didnt want them to do all the extra stuff just go over my carpets and clean them. NOPE! It was pay the upcharge or get nothing. I chose nothing. They left without even cleaning up the chemicals they put down. My dog was walking on it before I knew they had even put the chemical down. If you dont want to honor Groupons for what they are then dont participate. That simple. Terrible company to deal with! STAY AWAY

The spilled chemicals all over before they even started and then tried to charge me twice as much and the quote!
Rude, sketchy staff. Unmarked van. Changed the time and price. Didn’t trust them at ALL!
