Money Express Check Cashing Center

took my money and said card declined and it went through,…then I paid the bill in cash. left store and went back show them charge went through. they talking «temporary hold» for what? I did not buy anything… you told me the transaction did not run. Called store spoke with the rude lady yelling «nothing I can do» and stating she will document me calling being harrassing her. I called her back, she hung up on me. I called back again she told me manager in on Monday. Yelled at me and hung up. Called other St. Paul store to find Mike the manager is the guy who sat there and messed everything up. I am not trash! I will sue you for all damages this weekend by your «hold» on funds which don’t belong to you. Stop treating all customer’s like trash!!!
