This is a very poor management company. I do not think they make smart business decisions, and as a result, the owners of the association suffer. I have been told incorrect things by them, only to make me more frustrated when I realize the correct information. I would strongly suggest to not hire them if you are looking for a property management company. Be sure to do your background, and talk to people who have worked with them in the past, before you make a decision to hire them.
