The one in uptown is better. Not sure why but food didn’t seem as fresh and onion rings had not flavor. The guy taking my order seemed confused and messed up order. I didn’t say anything/it didn’t seem like it would help. Very fast service and the chocolate milkshake was good.

Went to My Burger today for lunch for their $ 5.25 Monday special. Is it just me or has the meat on the burger shrunk in size? I took a bite and the patty was like I was eating at McDonald’s it was so thin.

I got the California Burger and Cajun fries. The initial eyeball test lead me to believe that my burger was tiny, not White Castle tiny, but still rather small. After I ate it, it turned out to be the perfect portion size. Filling, but I didn’t have a stomach coma afterward. The fries were ok. I would have given this a higher rating by the price and fries pushed it down. Still a better option than some of the other burger places I’ve seen downtown.

For a burger and fries lunch this place is good. I like the quality. texture of the burger. It was juicy without being greasy. The fries were good also, and plentiful. My meal was hand delivered to me before I could finish filling my cup at the drink machine. Had to deduct them for their lack of seating and decent-for-your-health side options.

Amazingly good burgers, focuses on great flavour rather then size. Prices are fantastic, and service is efficient. For the price of the burger and fries, you can’t beat this in Downtown. Only regret is that it took me this long to stop in!

Got the original my burger, with cheese. Toppings very flavorful and fries hot n tasty. Fast service in the middle of lunch. First experience with this place and I gotta say I’m satisfied, I’ll surely be back!

Love this place! Not only do I really enjoy their burgers(inexpensive, fast, delicious) but I also love their breakfast! This is easily my favorite place to eat in the skyway. And the staff are always friendly and fun. I recommend MyBurger to all my friends(and even strangers just walking by).

You know what? Y’all are too hard on this place. At MyBurger you can get a nice burger with a ton of tasty fries for a great price – all burgers and fries for $ 5.25 on Mondays! – in the SKYWAY. After my meh experience at The Burger Place, I was wary of skyway burgers. When I saw the Monday special at MyBurger, I was pleasantly surprised. I got the California burger with swiss cheese, which is just a basic lettuce-tomato-mayo thing, though there were a few free add-ons, including jalapenos. It normally costs $ 5.95, so I guess I was only saving 70 cents, but I realize now I could have gotten something fancier and gotten a better deal. They were generous with the toppings, including thick-cut tomatoes(one of my Burger Place objections), and the meat was decent. The fries were delicious and bountiful, and I found myself full of a big, greasy lunch. Would I seek this place out at its other locations like Uptown? Nope. There are a lot of better burger options in Uptown, though they’re usually more expensive. However, to put things into perspective, a burger, fries, and drink at MyBurger costs about the same as a combo meal at McDonald’s. If you’re considering going the fast food route(like the Uptown McD’s), you might want to consider a decent, freshly made burger at MyBurger instead.

In my opinion it’s a typical ‘build to order’ burger joint. There are better options available but the food was still tasty. Even though they do offer free options(typical stuff you get on a burger: onions, tomatoes, hot peppers, etc.) I was questioning the idea of paying for cheese, I thought that was a typical thing that comes on a burger ?!? Besides that setback I decided to go ahead and try their grilled chicken sandwich, even though it did its job of satisfying my lunch craving for food, I should have opted for some extra flavor which could have been added to the chicken prior to being thrown on the grill(which also cost extra). The chicken sandwich took longer to come out then my colleagues’ Korean burger(it was their burger of the month, which he couldn’t stop talking about). All the burgers come with a generous portion of fries that are hot and straight out of the fryer. After ordering we decided to sit down at the table that had a view of the kitchen, it was just crazy seeing the amount of burgers coming off the grill at a time. The people in the kitchen have gotten down that process to a science. Guess it needs to be as polished as ever since the lunch crowd time is no room for mistakes. Overall I would say it’s a good option for lunch with a variety of choices(beef, turkey, chicken, fish and veggie option) so there is something for everyone. It’s friendly staff, a clean place and efficient team but limited seating.

Its no five guys, but its a five dollar burger on a Monday. That alone makes me go wonder for three blocks in the crowded skyway during lunch. I cant say its great, but its good. Better then any other burger place. The fries are not great, no seasoning or any special about them. But they are fries. The burger was yummy, with good flavor. They are a bit busy during the lunch rush, so I would try to come either a bit early or late. The sweet pickles are yummy with just the perfect crunch.

Great burgers, plenty of fantastic fries, and very fast, friendly service. Not usually a fan of sweet pickles but they’re great on a cheeseburger. Only problem worth mentioning is that it’s a tiny little place — and they get really jammed at the 12 – 1 lunch rush. You may not be able to find a seat. However, Gavidae Common is steps away and has plenty of clean, quiet tables on the ground floor.

My Burger Mondays are easily the best deal in the skyway and a delicious way to start your week off. For $ 5 you get cheeseburger and enough fries to fill you up and still have plenty to share with your co-workers. I’m picky about a good fry but theirs are delightfully crispy on the outside and smushy on the inside. Their burgers are good thought not great. The meat tends to be a little dry and bland but overall it hits the spot and for $ 5, it’s really hard to complain.

Upon stumbling into MyBurger one day after a hard days work I was in the mood for a good flippin Burger. Apparently i was in the right place! While I was waiting for the burger I noticed the nice ambience and attention to detail of the brand! Next I was greeted pleasantly by a great staff member, he took my order and the burger was out very quick. I love the service here and all the great features like the Bom. Burger of the month. Had the mouthwatering Godzilla Burger. ¼ angus patty with a thick slice of bacon, provolone cheese wasabi mayo lettuce and tomato. Nom nom. These guys know what there doing here, that’s why I wouldn’t doubt if you see a MyBurger coming to a city near you in the future!

I don’t know where the bad ratings are coming from, I’ve had good burgers in the handful of times I’ve gone here. I love the California burger, but they’re all juicy and flavorful. Equally as good as The Burger Place located in the US Bank Building(although The Burger Place gives you way more fries). My only complaint is the silly outdoor signs they’ve posted around downtown, trying to slam food trucks. Waste of money in my opinion. Consumers basically read them as, «I’m mad that food trucks are stealing my business». It’s a negative way to compete, they should be Minnesota-nice and promote their own brand versus attacking their competitors. My two-cents!

Based on the burgers alone… it’s totally meh. They really don’t have much flavor and I put cheese and grilled onions on my burger. The first time I went here I got lured in by the cutesy boxes. Apparently, looks aren’t everything. The service is fine and I really have no complaints there, but the burgers just do nothing for me.

Ever wonder why some places are still open? The burgers? Meh! Nothing special at all. No flavor, no special seasoning — nada! The fries? Meh, again — no seasoning or crunchiness, or softness to set them apart. How do you mess up fries? Any how, this place is too average for my taste. p. s. the pickles are okay.

This is my go-to place when I have a lunchtime burger craving. The original with cheese is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I LOVE the sweet pickles. Nom nom nom. Fries are always crispy and tasty as well. And, for the price, you cannot beat it. Definitely a great lunch spot to have in your rotation.

I hadn’t been to this place in ages but tried it again for their Monday special. That special is a great deal(basic burger and fries for ~$ 5), but beware about adding a drink, which will tip your meal up towards $ 7. If you get the Monday special to go and have your own drink on hand it’s a pretty sweet deal. The burger was nothing special but it was good, with a nice bit of lettuce and tomato on it. I did thoroughly enjoy the fries, which were better than I remembered. I recall, in the past, the burger having a bit of a funky processed taste but this time it was better. I could see hitting up this Monday special more often, but skipping the soda next time, which is overpriced.

Really good food… great burgers and fries. The restaurant is pretty small. What makes it even smaller is the number of malingerers that spread out their newspapers and hunker in for a two hour lunch. Service is friendly and fast. The food is fresh. The prices are about average for the skyway. I prefer the Cajun Burger and fries… heads up for the uninitiated, this place is a bit of a salt-bomb. You may want to cancel your afternoon meetings, you’ll be in a coma until supper time.

Who knew that My Burger had breakfast? And it’s actually pretty good(not to mention cheap). If you’re looking for a decent omelet and toast for less than $ 5, My Burger is a great breakfast option. Not only that, but you can jump across the way at Caribou or Starbucks to get coffee. The simple and low-cost menu is by far the biggest draw for me. It’s a cheap fast food burger, so I’m not going to glorify it beyond its britches. The service is decently fast and the workers are nice, so that is enough for me.

My buddy and I took our monthly lunch trip to a place I haven’t been to before. My Burger. I have walked by this establishment 1,000 times through the skyway, so I finally turned right and entered. The menu board is simple, burger or veggie burger or chicken or fish. It also lists the condiments available as well for free. I ordered the veggie burger and my friend got the regular California burger. Instead of French fries, I upgraded to a side cup of fresh fruit for 0.75 cents. I felt a little pressure ordering for some reason, I knew there was a line behind me, and I never want to be «The guy» who holds things up for others. I figured that they just throw all the goodies like mustard and mayo and pickles on it, but the server kept rattling off options to get. I had to wait a few more minutes longer than my meat ordering lunch companion. That means they must have to nuke it or something I am guessing. The fruit cup was actually pretty big and the fruit was nice and cold and juicy. I was very surprised at the quality. I took a bite into the veggie burger and the bun had a slight crispiness to it which I liked a lot. I couldn’t tell if they made their own veggie burger or not, it seemed a little too processed, but it was very tasty. Just the right amount of spices. I added some Tabasco to it, which was sitting on the counter, a nice touch and some nice heat to spice it up. The only thing that sucked, was that after about half my burger was gone, stuff started getting soggy and I had to move the bottom bun around to get a full sandwich bite. I know«Big problems.» My friend liked his burger, but he had had the veggie burger on a previous visit and said it was better than the California burger, but he would probably give it a 3 ½ as well, which is what I would give it if I could give half stars. It was nice and service was good at the counter and they had refillable pop with Coke Zero(A plus) for about $ 9, it just seemed a little steep for a burger and a pop and some fruit, but it is downtown. Overall, probably won’t go back, but it was A-OK. Worth a one time shot.

okay, so this is a follow up to my previous post. I tried the onion rings and I’m not a fan. They’re skinny batter dipped rings. Also, I don’t see the turkey burger on their menu anymore. Nonetheless I’m still a fan of the burger, fries and fish sandwich.

I’m a fan. I’d go back. Wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever had, but put it into context — work lunch food. It’s a good choice. I got the normal single burger, with American cheese. The bun was of a buttery kind, and the burger had sweet pickles on it, something I very much enjoyed and thought was different in the mass world of burgers. The burger wasn’t too large, so a perfect lunch meal. Fries were great. Cooked well so they had a crunch when biting into them. And from a branding standpoint, their burger/fries came in a little boxed-lunch(different than the standard fast food bag) which I very much appreciated. When you think of all the places doing burgers and fries, My Burger does stand out a little. They made some choices which are different that current fast food offerings when it comes to food, and they were smart about going against the grain with their menu, store look and feel, and packaging. I’m a fan.
