N K Spa Nails

Very annoyed with my service. I went around a busy time and asked for a general manicure. Most of it went fine up until the painting portion. There was a part of the top of my nail that very clearly wasn’t filed down at all, and the gal still painted over it. It was a large enough chip on top that I believe my manicure will be short lived unless I try to avoid using that finger so that the painted-​over chip won’t catch on anything. She also didn’t take off the excess paint from my fingers, so I was still left with paint on my fingertips. Lastly, when it came time to dry, she brought me to a dryer that looked like the UV lamps were broken at. I think she suspected something too because she had flipped the UV switch on and off a few times confused before she left to help the next costumer. After I had left and gotten into my car, I noticed that my finger must have hit something because both my thumb and finger were ruined. I’ve never sat at a UV dryer for three cycles (approximately 15 minutes) and had my fingers even remotely still wet enough to smudge, so I was very very frustrated with my overall experience.

Everything was done perfectly. I just told them what I wanted and never had to say another thing. And the chairs did a great massage on the back and shoulders. It was my first time here. I live in Mexico where I normally get this done but this will be my new go to place when in the states.

This is my second time here with years in between visits only because it is a bit out of my way.
It is a beautiful nail salon. Lots of staff and chairs. The massage chairs are wonderful and the massages the ladies give are to die for, I could do that all day long!
Great pedicures. And prices are resonable, comparable to most salons.
I will totally be coming back!

When I need a pick-​me-​up while visiting my family in Minnesota this place is great. Incredibly friendly service, tons of color choices, and services for everyone. Great chairs, TVs to watch, and the place always seems to be at least half full.
They’re serious about comfort while you’re here too. Always checking to make sure things are good.
