Nagel is a nice old and experienced doc. The wait is like 2 months, but when you do meet he is helpful and does not try to scare you with possible complications. Unfortunately he is surrounded with a bunch of incapable people. Even making a followup appointment is a struggle. The nurses are rude, completely inattentive and nothing gets done forever. Basically, they are trying to milk you to pay as much as you can and just wait when they waste your life scheduling and rescheduling visits, sometimes canceling them the same day to reschedule a month or two later. Eventually you realize you might never get anything done at this rate. I suggest looking elsewhere…
