I come here often and have never had a complaint. Today however was a different story. They weren’t even that busy but after I said I didn’t want the upgrade to a deluxe pedicure the lady rushed me through r the pedicure. She was very rough and very short with each process. It was the quickest worst pedicure I’ve had in my life. She really skimped on service. I guess if you want good service you better pay for the deluxe pedicure for 35 dollars or they’ll rush you through. I could have done this by myself and done a better job. Will not return and will find another place that provides better service. Very dissapointef

They’ve sure gotten busy lately! They still do a good job, spending a lot of time on your hands or feet, and your nails will look really nice in the end. Staff are always really friendly and kind, and the price is great. However I usually get pedicures, and I find my calluses aren’t always removed at the end of a pedicure the way they once were.
I also once saw a staff member clean a tub with a towel, rinse it out, then fold it and put it back into a warmer marked ‘clean towels.’ This was probably just a one-​off from an under-​educated staff member, but it has dissuaded me from getting more work done here.
