Minneapolis, MN
Now called the Eastar Buffet, this place is gross. Just don’t go here. There are way too many other good Chinese restaurants in the area. The buffet is always lookin real old and nasty and the parking lot is scary. I haven’t been here in a long time but it looks like no one else has either, since the lot is always empty. Too bad too, because it’s in a great location.
