I wish I had read these reviews before I tried to do business with Olson Carpeting. I bought a deal through Amazon local. I’d definitely describe his style as trying to «bully» customers into paying more. After asking for clarification on what is defined as «heavily soiled» he said he was going out to his van to get chemicals — but just left. I suspect I am not the first customer standing up to his «up-​sell technique» based on his quick exit. I would not recommend allowing this company I to your home. A lot of great service out there — please choose someone else!

I called Olson and left a message but after I waited 3 days and decide to go with another company. Then I receive two phone calls from them. During the first phone call I tell them I got another company to do the work, he hangs up right away, then he calls back 1 hour later to ask the same question. He warned during the second call, that he may be calling me back yet again because ‘I am on a list’. Before I can tell him to take me off ‘the list’ he hangs up, again. I am not sure about the sanity of the people at this company.
