They did flowers at our wedding. They were not professional, did not respond to emails, messed up our order on the day of the wedding and overcharged us.

Please stay away this was the most unprofessional experience in my life. I wanted to send flowers to a very dear person that is like a mother to me in Mpls. I emailed first thing in the morning has the site states if you order before 11am you can get same day delivery. I sent all the delivery details via email and confirmed my billing/cc information via phone as I did not want to email those details. She emails me back and says the cc is being declined, my bank says she is submitting a portion of the details incorrectly. After all that at the end of today she has ran my DEBIT card SIX times, for a total of almost $ 500 out of my account. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had to simply order flowers. Now I have to wait on the bank and her for a reversal of all six charges. I would not recommend this place to last person on earth.

I am glad that my wedding flowers arrived at my wedding and reception sites, and they were pretty given what showed up. However, I am concerned about accountability and professionalism of the company and feel I have to pass this information on to others. There was a specific flower of sentimental value that was supposed to be included in my altar arrangements that was not…$ 25PER flower for 6 of them. I was told that the flowers were in a truck accident and that they would be replaced with artificial ones, and I totally understand some circumstances are unforeseeable. I was then promised I could keep the artificial ones as a keepsake, but they did not appear in the arrangements either. The explanation that was given after I contacted the company after the wedding was that they«did not look good» once mixed in with the real flowers. It has now been almost 6 months since my wedding, and I have not received the promised artificial keepsakes(or a check for a portion of the cost refunded that I gave as another option to help me feel satisfied). There have been numerous emails, phonecalls, and alleged attempted deliveries of these flowers by a courier who apparently never gets the items to where they are supposed to go. I have been very patient and forgiving and hoped the situation would finally be resolved to my satisfaction, but it has not. Thus, out of all my stellar wedding vendors, Pazzobello is the only one I would not recommend to others.

I’ve attended two weddings and a banquet graced by Pazzobello Flowers and found the creative arrangements to be beautiful and positively original in their architecture, use of colors and textures. Would recommend highly.

I received no flowers on my wedding day. We paid 800 dollars over our budget 8 months in advance of our wedding day. After refusing to meet us half way in order to get our flowers we had paid for, they refused to give us a partial refund. After haggling, they finally said they’d give a little of our money back, but we never received a check. They were pleasant and creative at first, but they seem to only care about clients who spend over 5 thousand on wedding flowers. They were hard to get a hold of as well. I strongly recommend not using this florist.

Found this place in Uptown driving by one day. I needed a bouqet of flowers and decided to check it out. After entering the shop there were boxes all over the floor and merchandise everywhere. I figured it was a shipment that just arrived so I shrugged it off. I was greeted by a lady asking me what I needed. After looking at the 5 or so lonely looking bouqets of flowers in the cooler(with no price tags to be found) I hesitated and said I needed a bouqet. She asked me what price range I was looking for and I told her I didn’t want to spend over $ 40. She arranged a decent looking bouqet for me, four white lillies, 3 roses and other«filler» flowers. She charged me exactly $ 40 + tax the maximum amount I was willing to spend. I took them home and after the 2nd day some of the petals started to wilt. I bought them on a Thursday afternoon. By Sunday they were all dead. I don’t know a hell of a lot about flowers but I feel ripped off! Aren’t they atleast suppose to last a week? Next time I will check out a flower shop that already has a wide variety of bouqets to choose from with price tags in plain sight! Bad Bad Bad experience!

Pazzobello is a true jem on Hennepin Ave on it’s way to Uptown. Not just a floral shop but they also sell jewelry, and other fun«gift» ideas. The owner switched from the corporate world to buy out the lovely little neon orange & blue spot and converted to a floral shop. Kristi takes her own personal style matches it with what you want and produces perfection! She was also featured at the Duel of the Design at the Graves 601 in March. They always have a great variety of flowers — nothing you get will ever be the same and will always create the best memories!
