They have very nice and helpful sales people. We usually drop by with the kids to act like we have the room for a pool table:-). (We have purchased a dart board and air-hockey supplies from them in the past.) This was the first time we were looking to replace a sofa. Surprise, surprise! They also have quality furniture. When we found something we liked, they gladly printed the specs so we could measure. I never felt rushed or pressured.
