Poplar Bridge Apartments

This review is based only on apartment hunting. The observations and services that were provided will be evaluated.
My husband and I wanted to stay somewhat near the Twin Cities. Anything south of Bloomington wasn’t an option and anything north was also not an option. And the apartment community we wanted to be in was some place that would be quiet, has friendly neighbors, close to freeways and stores, and close enough to family.
After stopping in at a couple other apartment communities, we drove past Poplar Bridge and then decided to stop in. We spoke to Dena, and she was an absolute sweetheart. Loved her sense of humor, her friendly demeanor, and her services. She did a great job in informing us about the different amenities they had on the property. Seriously, her service alone was what made us feel like we could be a part of the community. She did show us the unit that we could potentially get. It was on the third floor (just what we wanted), had a screened in porch (my husband loved that idea), central air (which was something we were looking for), large bedroom, large bathroom, lots of storage space, and a good sized living area. It may be on the older side for interior fixtures and appliances, but what drew us in was the fact that the community was very friendly and very quiet. It was definitely fate that we walked in there not expecting anything, but found everything we were looking for. We were very pleased with Dena’s services and what we observed. We hope to hear good news.
