PostNet

I really don’t understand the poor 1 star ratings. I’ve been a customer for 1 year, and go there almost daily as I have a mailbox there.
They have successfully and inexpensively assisted me with my custom graphic design needs. Produced high quality posters. The staff, Wally and especially Julie have always very exceptionally attentive.
I tend to be a difficult customer to please as I’m a business owner and have a high level of expectation of the customer service I receive. There are two other similar post net businesses much closer to my home. Both those places are a mess. That’s why I choose this postnet in the Blaine Village shopping center. If the postnet relevant to this review was in anyway less than expectations, I’d absolutely go some where else.
I can’t help but wonder if this postnet was mistaken for the other train wreck postnet located in Blaine off of 125^th.

horrible service, very rude employees. they quote one price and do not honor it. does not communicate that they will not honor the quoted price. project done completely wrong — had to go to business three times. do not spend a single dollar there. it is worth driving to the post office or fedex.
