Some days ago I have hired them a couple of times but they performed their duties properly. Their service of home and Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners is so cute and you can find them as busy .They are so experienced and they are in also great customer service. Though at first I was so upset because they did not response their call. Sounds so cute.

I’m very pleased with my experience with Pro. My former tenant had moved out leaving numerous stains in the carpet. The guys were timely and respectful. They were also quick. I had to call them back for a couple of stubborn stains, which they came back and took care of without any additional charge. I will call them back when it’s time to do my upholstery!

I’ve used this company a few times for carpet cleaning. Every time they have done a great job on the carpets, but what really impresses me is their customer service. I get really helpful, personal and friendly customer service when I call, and the guys who get sent out are professional and friendly too.
They are quick to get booked, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. I have no reason to go elsewhere!

Called at around 9:45 am to inquire, they sent out Dave within the hour! I asked him if he could do my 1100 sq ft office today, he said let me make a call! He came back and said he could do it right then! He did a great job, took about two hours and was extremely kind and professional! Thanks guys for helping me!
