Lived in a Rea-​Hal Properties building in Uptown for 2 years. The landlord was very nice and always provided prompt responses and resolution for complaints or problems with the building/​apartment. Not overbearing but always available and helpful when needed. Landlord was flexible with my move-​in date and lease duration and even helped me to rent out the apartment a month before the end of my lease term as I had purchased a house and wanted to avoid the double rent/​mortgage payment. Building was well maintained and improvements were made throughout my lease. I would recommend this building/​management company to others.

Best landlord I have ever had! The landlord was great with setting up an appointment to view the apartment and then was very prompt with responses. Only one time did I have to call for maintenance and it was fixed that same day. I recommend this landlord to anyone looking in the Uptown area for an apartment!

Would not rent here again. Never gave us a paper copy of our lease, refused to fix broken stuff for months. Discriminates against GLBT people. Horrible management company and threatens and continually lies about costs for things.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic renting from Rea-​Hal has been! From start to finish, these guys are the best landlords I’ve worked with in my 5 years of renting in Minneapolis. Very prompt, professional, and above all, very human. They even changed the battery in my smoke detector when I asked. The move-​in process was incredibly smooth and very accommodating. This is the first time in my rental history that I have had nothing but amazing things to say about renting.
