So happy to have found these lovely sisters making delicious bagels. I was a bit surprised by the dearth of good bagels after moving to MSP! My husband and I got just bagel and cream cheese, and loved every bite. Their bagels are a perfect size, not too dense, not too chewy, best eaten fresh. The crust has a slight crunch(maybe not the right word) while the inside is soft but not doughy. Looking forward to getting some at the end of July 2015 at the Fulton Farmer’s Market!

While just a startup biz these two sisters are making bagels by hand using local and organic ingredients. Bagels are only available at the Fulton Farmers Market and only every other week, so check their calendar on their website for when they will be there. I picked up a plain and a cheddar jalapeño(their new variety). When I stopped by around 11am they were out of cream cheese, so hopefully they will plan better for their increasing demand. The bagels were wonderfully dense and chewy. The cheddar jalapeño had a whole slice of cheddar, with some of it having melted and gotten crusty on the baking surface(MMM-mmm). They also have Buddies nut butters available for a spread but I didn’t feel like a cheddar-jalapeño-nut butter bagel so I just took the two bagels home. A very wonderful addition to the Fulton market indeed.
