I would not recommend getting into an annual contract with Rove unless you are 100% sure you will never move. We signed an annual contract and the service while I was in the home was great. We moved before the 3rd service of 4. I was billed for the service even though I didn’t own the home anymore. I was never contacted to let me know they were coming out to service the home, which they had done the previous 2 times, and when I called regarding the billing they stated there was nothing they could do. So I told them to cancel the 4th scheduled service. The cancellation fee was over 60% of the service bill! For doing nothing. They aren’t going to have to use their supplies, manpower or labor. So what is costing them 60% of a service? Nothing. Just a little off the top I guess.

Rove came out and identified our house centipedes and spiders quickly. They treated our house inside and out, our children are no longer terrified to go downstairs. Rove comes back and treats our home and takes care of the bees and ants too. They are always polite, honest and fast.

Salesman lied about the contract!!!
Management would not do anything about it.
I would not use this company!!!
