Finally, I found a spa that knows what they are doing. Sam and her staff are fantastic and very professional. the spa was very clean and tidy. I love the look with the Tiffany teal chairs.

The service providers at Samantha’s are wonderful! I have worked with both Amy and Samantha and they do excellent and meticulous work. They don’t rush through anything. The place is clean and new with a good vibe, and they are very genuine and friendly people. It is about the only place I will go anymore for a pedi or mani in town.
Kudos on running a place with integrity, skill and friendliness!

The space is clean and they do a nice job. I got a good pedicure and had an enjoyable experience. I think it was overpriced ($ 45 for a pedicure). They do take a lot of time and care, but pedicures here will be more of a splurge rather than my main location. I don’t need a glass of wine with my pedicure on most trips. They could use some improvement in their time management– I had an appointment, but I sat soaking for about 25 minutes before an attendant actually started the pedicure. The entire trip took about an hour and a half.
I tried to visit as a walk in the first time, which they said were welcome on their website. They didn’t have availability even though there were no customers there– I think the one woman working was waiting for an appointment to show. I rescheduled, but know that appointments are definitely needed at this shop.

They didn’t give me what I asked for/​made my appointment for (quickie mani/​pedi) they instead gave me the full mani/​pedi without telling me which resulted in a lot more than I was expecting to pay. It also took 2 and a half hours which is outrageous. The results were fine but the process was absurd. If you have a lot of time this place is great, but make sure you’re clear about what you made your appointment for (they apparently don’t write it down).

This is the best nail salon in town. Sam has low prices with high end service. The gel manicures last longer than any other place I’ve been. The space is very clean and welcoming. Make sure to make an appointment as people are starting to figure out this is the place to go for manis and pedis downtown.

Samantha and the staff really care about the quality of work that they do and take their time to make sure your nails come out absolutely perfect. I have occasionally gone to other salons when looking for a cheaper bill; however, I am never as satisfied as when I leave Samanthas.
Samanthas mini spa also offers a very relaxing environment unlike other nail salons where you feel rushed. I definitely feel refreshed whenever I leave this place.
If you want quality work, come here.

Clean and trendy salon! From California and this was best pedicure I’ve had! Amy was professional and knew what she was doing! Everyone’s English was good! Didn’t smell like food, I hate that! Will definitely come back when visiting my daughter! Offered us drinks, too! Thanks for the best pedicure! A little expensive, but worth every cent!

This place is the best! The staff are friendly and very thorough. They take their time with each client vs. rushing to get people in and out. Great manicures and amazing pedicures.
The salon is small, but very clean and open. There is free onsite parking and usually easy metered street parking as well.
They do book up so I suggest calling ahead and making an appointment.

Very clean, fast service on my pedicure. They have any color you could want, and it’s very reasonably priced. I’d classify this place as a step down from a day spa, but a step up from some of the scary strip mall places. Exactly what you’re looking for if you need a quick nail intervention. Their chairs are comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. I’ll be coming back for more pedicures!

Thank you Unilocalers! My mom and I are on a cross country road trip and both needed serious nail work done. I needed a pedicure while mom needed a manicure. We called after reading the reviews about the cleanliness of this spa. We were able to get in before heading out on the road for our next stop. The reviews were right, very nice clean place! The pedicure has to be one of the best ones I’ve ever had, my nails looked so good I could have just had clear polish and looked great! I haven’t seen my toes look that good in 30 years and my calluses were gone and my feet soft and smooth. I would highly recommend this mini spa and if I traveled through the area I would use them again!

My experience here was so great — my friends and I (7 of us total) made appointments for a birthday outing, we all got the ultimate pedicure. Every person was given the same time and care, the workers were so patient throughout the whole process and they did a fabulous job on my pedicure. This is the first time I’ve left a nail salon NOT disappointed. Such a relaxing environment too. Just all around awesome!

I love this place! Not only are they meticulous and do a great job, but they are also all about customer service — it’s the little things! They have a candy/​chocolate bowl, as well as a variety of beverages (coffee, tea, soda, water, wine). It really is a relaxing experience. Some of the other nail salons in the area always feel chaotic and don’t honor reservations/​appointments — Samantha’s ALWAYS honors appointments on time! Other perks — free parking inside the Bridgewater building (don’t need to walk outside if it’s cold — goes right into the spa), they do waxing, and not only do they take American Express but you can also tip directly on the card (no need for cash). I highly recommend this place!

Love this place! Parking is so easy & indoors which is very convenient in the winter. I will only go here from now on for pedicures now that I have seen what a clean pedicure station looks like! These chairs have inferred lights for sanitizing! Very cool. I always have the softest feet coming from there and they stay that way for months. This is also my favorite place to get my hair cut & colored. James is my stylist and he knows how to get the color I am looking for every time. He also takes the time to get the intricate fine highlight I normally get and the conversation is always interesting! I usually do both the same day and have a glass of wine while my hair processed. It’s like a dream. I recommend this place to my friends and family.
