Minneapolis, MN
50th and Byrant has become one of my favorite Minneapolis intersections, and Shoppe Local just made it even better! From the geniuses who brought you Patina, Shoppe Local is another great local store that, like it’s name says, is all things Minnesota. It’s a lot more subdued than Patina (where, this time of year, it looks like a Christmas explosion!), and has a great variety of locally-​produced items. There’s a small selection of very well-​made kids’ and adult clothing, some jewelry, even snacks. And, of course, a seemingly endless supply of unique gifts. While the clothes are pretty pricey, IMO, you can easily find great gifts for under $ 20 bucks.
