First time at Skyway Sushi today for lunch. I had the beef phở, and it was great! Had it to go and I ate it at my desk, and this is legit. Comes with side of bean sprouts, Thai basil, fresh lime, and some sort of chili sauce to make the broth red and as spicy as you want! Very good portion. I will be back for phở and sushi soon!

The staff at Skyway Sushi is always eager to please. I wanted to bring sushi home for us to have for dinner and ordered two variety trays. They were both made to order for me while I waited and perfectly fresh once dinnertime arrived.
Fast forward to my second visit. With the drop in temperature this week I was craving Phở. Now I love phở, but I do not want it with a twist, reinterpretation or westernized. I was in no way disappointed, a traditional phở that is amazing and a perfect portion size that will ensure you will stay full until dinner.
