Long wait. Messed up order. Terrible food. Bad attitude from management. That pretty much sums up my last few experiences at this location. I will not be visiting Sonic again. Ever.

I will never go back to this Sonic it took 3 tries to get our complete order. By the time she came out with the mustard I requested my food was cold. When I told the carhop my food was cold she did not apologize but gave me the receipt to write a review. I asked to speak to the manager and after waiting an additional 10 minutes, I finally left without the manager ever coming out to speak to us.

Fast food isn’t usually an option for me very often, but the hankering for a slushie brought us(BF and I) here about 10:15 pm on a Saturday night and I must say, despite the low star reviews I skimmed through before coming here since my last visit in summer of 2015(good experience I will note) I decided to take the risk and was pleasantly surprised to find a good outcome to this short visit. There’s an option to have your car parked in the many drive-thru stalls or to order through drive thru, we did the latter. Either way, a car hop will come to your vehicle to deliver food and collect payment if you are queuing in line to get to the drive-thru window. The people were very friendly and helpful with the menu options during the order and provided quick service. We got the blue raspberry slushie with candy bits and an order of a large popcorn chicken for slightly under $ 10 dollars – both were delicious. The chicken was fresh and hot and the slushie was perfect. Would definitely come back for sure.

I love Sonic in Texas! I keep trying this one, wanting it to be as good. They are REALLY slow and I always try to keep my order super simple so they don’t mess it up. You can pretty much plan that if you order food, it won’t be hot by the time you get it. The staff are really unprofessional and obviously aren’t trained very well.

Red Robin will put them out of business. There was already a Wendy’s which is ran very well and a McDonald’s. They have all those stalls to order plus a drive through. The place is a disorganized disaster. I wouldn’t miss it if it folds.

Ordered a corn dog and got something that wasn’t even edible. How does a corn dog even get like this?! I waited in line for so long and was really excited to eat it until I got home and opened the bag and noticed that there were black holes all over the breading and it was rock hard. So disappointed and grossed out! 0⁄10 would not recommend.

Terrible plan and simple. Fries where old and greasy. Hot dog same thing, old and dried out. I am used to eating junk food but please, really does it have to be this bad?

We have been to this Sonic times before, and should have known better. The main complaint this time was that our burgers were cold. I ordered a toaster sandwich and the bread was soft — not toasted. I could just tell that the people making the food did not care. Will NOT be returning!

they messed up on our order at least 3x while we were eating there. And the servers acted ghetto and didnt take their jobs seriously. i had to wait 15 minutes for a shake. this was the worse sonic ive ever been too! Definitely 1 star!

Pulled up to a spot. Wasn’t particularly busy. Average night. I called in the order… and waited… and waited. After 14 – 15 minutes I called back in. I asked if they forgot my order. They said they were just super busy. I could have waited in line at the drive thru and gone around at least twice. Finally after another five minute wait I got my meal minus the cream cheese dip for the cinnamon desert. And not a single sorry from any of the employees, either on the talk box or the ones who brought the meal out. I will definitely reconsider going back.

This sonic has terrible customer service. Do not go here unless yo want terrible service. They refused cash and a gift card combined for payment. They had on a different occasion gave me someone else’s order after serving other customers that arrive and ordered after me!” The food is not good enough to treat customers poorly.

The service and quality of food here has gotten progressively worse over the past year. I just went there for lunch and waited almost 20 minutes for them to bring me the wrong order — TWICE. Then when I went up to the door and told them they brought me the wrong order again they said, «Oh, yours is sitting right here.» Great — add to that by this time my burger and tots weren’t even warm anymore AND even though the wrapper had«no onion» and«no mustard» stickers on it there were onions on the burger. Ridiculous! I’ll go way out of my way to another Sonic but never going back to this one again!

I love coming here for their ½ shakes; it brings to the total for two shakes to under 5 $ which is a really good deal. The ice cream alone is pretty tasty, but when you start adding flavoring, that’s where it gets out of hand. I always feel that they add way too much flavoring and it settles at the bottom of your cup. As you near the end of your ice cream treat it’s an awful taste of ass(excuse my French) flavored syrup and ice cream. I think they should calm down when it comes to pumping in flavoring and learn that less is more.

I don’t download many apps on my phone. I only have the necessaries — social media, spotify, google chrome, etc. You know what I mean. Tonight I HAD to download Unilocal for one reason: to tear the Sonic on American Blvd apart. The worst restaurant experience of my life, bar none. I’ll begin with the fact that I ordered a small blue raspberry slush with nerds. I received a small blue raspberry slush. No nerds. By the time I had noticed(it took me at least two blocks because of stimulating conversation with my pals), we were too far away from the long lines of sonic to get the drink fixed. That’s really all that happened. Fuck Sonic

The good here is average. I would say that I like their ice cream and slushies more than their food. It’s better than McDonald’s, but it would be something I’m craving for in the middle of the day. Service is always great.
