I think people needs to look at the most recent reviews and not the recommended ones. I wish Unilocal has listed them all instead of just the good rated ones.
If I have seen the whole reviews started from the most recent ones, I would not have called them to have them come to my house. I feel that the quote was inflated based on how much the person guessed you can pay. For replacing a dispenser in the frig, charged almost $ 400 for it and for dishwasher dispenser, that is another $ 300. Granted that if I combine and do both, there is a break for it. I would not trust this company.

Excellent service. Not only did he fix the problem and explained how we might avoid the problem happening again. And, totally reasonably priced. They are our go-​to appliance people from now on.

Service guy was super friendly, on time, and committed to figuring out the problem! I was very skeptical that the problem was solved, but I was able to dry 4 loads of clothes last night. Made a believer out of me. Same day service to boot!
