I love this nail salon. I’ve been coming here regularly for over 2 years. The gel mani is a great price, and they do a wonderful job. I’ve always been very happy with their customer service, they have remembered my name since my first visit. I almost already go with the younger woman(Jess) simply b/c I like her and we chat almost the entire time. They have a good color selection, and they never rush me like some other nail places I used to go, where you were simply a dollar sign and are rushed through as fast as possible, even if that means a crap mani with bubbles and streaks. I tell all my friends to try this place, they really are great!

In yr 2015: Spa and nails in 1800 east 66th Richfield Minnesota are not deserving of black $: walked in with my 2 eldest, swiftly greeted by a female manicurist. In the middle of informing her what I wanted, a Caucasian Woman walks in and she bolted over almost bowing and proceeded to inquire what this person needed. I interjected to remind her she was still working with us-she fanned me away-as if to say go away, towards the nail polish corner. I left with my girls 15&13 yo completely humiliated. But had to return without the girls to voice how disrespectful the interaction was. The male manicurist said«the language barrier is the issue.» As I voiced how unprofessional the female was, all at once Several of the Caucasian woman(all customers) in the joint jumped at me to school me-I heard bits n pieces as they ganged up on me «well don’t go somewhere you r not wanted» «it’s not about race» «so what if she wanted to greet me first even if you were standing there» «why are you in here?!» «she’s just doing her job!» when I told the hot headed young lady to shut the hole in her face and keep sitting on their white privilege, I could hear a pin drop! The male manicurist then became more verbal when I mentioned I will be reporting to the BBB. I walked out with my flip flops on, holding my temper and dignity.

Tried this location for the first time tonight — will be my last. My «manicure» was me sitting soaking my nails, then tech rushing through getting old polish off, quick file and then shoved to the pedicure chair. That’s when the real joke happened. The young tech working there obviously hates his job. Not only was it the worst pedicure it was down right awkward. I will never be returning and suggest you go anywhere else if you are needing a mani/pedi or even just a pleasant experience cause you won’t find anything here.

$ 30 for a French gel manicure and it lasts. Could go three weeks but I go every two because I need to keep my nails short

My sister and i made and appointment to get manicures together. When we got there, half the lights were off and since it was Chinese New Year, there was only one man working. We sat down in the semi-dark, silent salon(no music or TV). He alternated between Sister and me, giving us each less than half of his attention. She ended up with bloody cuticles and I had polish all over my fingers. I shouldn’t have been surprised that we were charged full price for half-ass manicures. I’m not minimizing the importance of the Chinese New Year, but if you’re not going to close your store for the holiday, at least make sure it’s fully staffed!

Worst customer service ever! Don’t Come Here. I don’t mind the language barrier, but as I was waiting, the nail tech was very rude elderly customer. She said there was 20 minutes wait which I didn’t mind I told her that I would come back, she shug and gave me a really bad attitude.

Terrible. I went to this place because it’s close to home but I will not go back. The color I selected for my toes required several coats to prevent streaking and my natural nail showing through, when I asked the guy doing my pedicure for additional coats and to wait to add the top coat he snapped at me saying he had already done additional coats. Someone else has to come over to tell him to go extra coats. My gel manicure was crap too. Didn’t do a thorough job with my cuticles and the nail polish was drying out. I left with bubbles in my nails. VERYDISAPPOINTED.

Not sure if the young guy doing my pedi was sick or hated his job, but the experience was tense and he gave me a hateful look. I could overlook that but the pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. Didn’t even clean undertaker nails. Never touched the sides where I have ingrowns and didn’t get much off my cuticles. Guess ill be going someplace else to get them done the right way. Such a shame. I was hopeful after reading the reviews. My entire pedi took less that 20 mins

Took my teen daughter for her first pedicure and she loved it. It was $ 25 for me and only $ 20 for her. We just walked in and got put into the comfy massaging chairs right away. Everything was new and the staff was all very nice. The only thing I would recommend is to put on some background music. There were five of us in there and it was so quiet that it felt wrong to talk to each other. Other reviewer was correct that they took my cc for payment but they prefer cash for the tip. We plan to go back very soon!

This place is pretty much brand new. I didn’t know what time they were open on Sundays, and honestly still don’t(no hours posted) but I just showed up and took my chances. I have visited my fair share of nail places and this place was by far the nicest, probably because it is brand new but even so it is very nice. They have 6 pedicure chairs and probably 6 or more manicure stations. Everyone working there was really nice and accommodating. I had a pedicure and it was one of the best I have ever had. They actually take their time and give everyone lengthy foot massages too. I made note to watch how long they each spent with each client and it was all the same. Their massage chairs are great and the best part… $ 25! I will definitely be going back! Also– please note that my feet were super gross before having the pedicure and she took extra time to make sure they were as smooth as possible before I left. They take CCs but make sure you have cash for the tip!
