Apparently it isn’t always first come first served. If you’re not going to follow the sign in list, then why have it? I was next on the list but was skipped over for the kid who signed in 10 minutes after me. After a half hour wait, I just had to leave. It’s a bummer because it is kind of nice to watch the game while I get a haircut but apparently I care more about customer service than they do. After over a year going here, it’s time to find another place to get my haircut. Skip this place. You can do better.

Only staff one or two hair stylists at a time. Was told 30 minutes wait time and after an hour I just got up and left. Have probably been here about 15 times and its only gotten worse.

$ 17 for the basic haircut isn’t bad from what I have come to find. They also offer a $ 25MVP haircut which also gets you a wash and chair massage. So far I have had the same lady cut my hair both times I have gone in. She does a good job and is friendly while she cuts. The location is close to Lake Calhoun and kept clean and tidy. No problems with this location so far. Until something goes wrong I will continue to go to this location.

I’ve been in 3 times now, I enjoy getting my haircut here. Parking is plentiful, service is great, I’ve never had to wait, cost is right were it should be for all the services you can get. I usually get the MVP package(haircut, warm towel for the face while getting my head massaged and hair washed, then a shoulder massage). Another nice perk that I have yet to take advantage of is the free neck trims In between cuts, I go in every 3 weeks for a cut so the neck trims may keep me feeling fresh!
