I love this Starbucks. It has a grand fire place in the center of the café. They have a Clover machine! Meaning, you can order any type of coffee you’d like brewed. There is also a side nook area that seems a little quieter for those in need of studying. My only complaint is the music. It’s a very repetitive playlist. I’m not sure any of the employees have any control over it. Either way, great place to hang out!

The staff is not very friendly. There are a couple people that are kind but most are rude and never smile.

The stocky blonde that waited on us was rude. We asked for a puppy latte and she says quite loudly that it is an urban legend. The coffee was great, the service not so much… Thankfully our Starbucks in Roseville always is gracious and gives us a puppy latte :)

Here’s a feel good story. My daughter loves her morning coffee. So we usually stop at Starbucks and get coffee, before I drop her off at school. This year the school tightened up their coffee rules so, it was still OK to bring coffee, but you had to have a mug with a fixed lid. So, recently, we bought a very nice mug(look for the Stainless Steel Clip Tumbler with Handle). Daughter loved it and it met the new school rules. OK now for the bad part. Tonight my wife was cleaning the tumbler and somehow pulled off/broke off that tab thingie that seals the hole in the lid. I tried for a half hour to re-attach the broken part and failed miserably. So, with no other options, I went to this Starbucks to see if they knew any trick to re-attach the tab thingie. I told them my sad story. They too struggled to re-attach it and failed. So here’s the good part. They just took back the busted tumbler and gave me a brand new Stainless Steel Clip Tumbler(with Handle). They say… «You never get a second chance to make a first impression’. This family is very impressed with the customer service of this shop.

Starbucks to me is amazing ! I don’t tend to enjoy extremely sweet beverages, but I personally believe that the Starbucks iced chai tea is the best around. I have had the same beverage at other«well known» coffee shops and they are disgusting. Starbucks chai blend is smooth with a hint of that addicting spice. Fantastic. Best place to do homework and enjoy a beverage hot or cold !!!

Love this Starbucks! I work near by and visit frequently. The staff is always friendly and happy to be there. They always get my drink order right and if for some reason it isn’t perfect they will gladly remake it. The staff is what really makes this location amazing. They care about each customer they meet and are willing to go above and beyond if need be. They definitely brighten my day!

Hands down best place to study west of uptown. Big picture windows making you feel you are outdoors. Always ample seating. Staff is friendly and has the expected starbucks eats.

First off… I am a recovering barista… let’s get my bias out of the way first. This is a good Starbucks location made better with the addition of the Clover and Starbucks Reserve coffees. The staff was friendly. The barista making drinks seemed not so knowledgeable about the coffees available but we helped him through it. My drink was great!

I just really like this Starbucks! There’s plenty of space, a fireplace in the middle, friendly staff, and fast efficient service! I’m not a huge fan of coffee chains, but this has a comfortable feel than most. It’s a great environment to get things done or just sit and talk with friends. Definitely one of the best Starbucks around.

I have a good experience every time I come to this location. I’ve actually never had a hard time finding very close parking, and it’s right down the street from Trader Joe’s(easy to get there on back roads and not have to go out onto Excelsior). Staff is friendly, and I’ve witnessed them take their time to explain things to Starbucks«newbies» without being condescending at all.

This Mom & Pop coffee establishment is top notch. From their freshly brewed coffee to their large mix of assorted baked goods, it is all mui bueno. I mean, what does one say about Starbucks? It’s great. They staff is super fast and efficient. There may be a line often, but it always moves quick vs. other locations. Lots of parking, quick lines, orders are always on spot… it’s perfect. Bloop. I like.

My local neighborhood starbucks hangout in St Louis Park, I usually stop here a couple of times a week. Every spot here is comfy for one to sit down, read, wait for in-between appts Nice place to meetup with friends, too! Staff is very nice, enthusiastic, welcoming and ofcourse, it’s starbucks so the nice cold coffee, tea and sparkling drinks are awesome in the summer and hot ones in the winter. Definitely a nice place to de-stress and hang out :)

A big plus is that it is so close to Half Price books on Excelsior. I don’t go to SB in general, but I would go here anytime. I love the seating around the fireplace. The hot chocolate is fine. Not the pure type so it’s plenty sweet. Of course the coffees are way too strong for me to drink. I can tell just by smelling it. The baristas do rock. This one had the most beautiful red lipstick I’ve ever seen in my life. We had a couple of hours to kill before our trek to McCoys, just across the way. Easy to read here, not too loud. If this were my area, I’d definitely sell out and be a regular. I finally found the one I don’t hate. Once again the exception proves the point.

I usually wouldn’t go into a Starbucks, but other than Target, or an organic focused café, Starbucks is the only other place I can find those Naked brand veggie and fruit smoothie drinks. If you’ve been to one Starbucks, you’ve been to all(with the exception of the Starbucks at Shibuya Crossings). The staff and service is enthusiastic, neighborly and welcoming. The space there is roomy and comfortable with many tables, bar seating, couches and armchairs. There’s also outdoor café seating on the sidewalk. The only thing that really stood out to me about this Starbucks when compared to others, is that not only is it always crowded there, it appears to be used as an extra office space and conference room for young and middle-aged professionals in the area. I wonder sometimes if those people spend their entire day there? Don’t they have work? In a real office? lol.

This Starbucks is simply The Ritz of Starbucks’ in the Twin Cities metro in my opinion. The atmosphere is truly wonderful, and they have a large amount of very comfy seating. Find one of the purple chairs to sink into and you’ll be in heaven! The location can’t be beat either! Come here after the gym, or before going to Trader Joe’s! It’s all the benefits of Starbucks in a friendly and slightly upscale block, but at the same normal prices. The staff does a great job, and really, you hardly know they are there when you find a spot by the fireplace. I’d bring a friend here for a great conversation! Some cozy nooks here and I’d say it’s busy but never overly crowded. Just a great place!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Twin Cities. The location is great, in a happening part of St Louis Park. The employees are kind, helpful and caring. There is a fireplace and addequate seating – including a work/study table in a room off to the side. Starbucks drinks speak for themselves.

Starbucks, I normally don’t go to you for comfort and support. You are merely pawn in my pursuit to energize my day. Today, however, your patio and passion fruit tea helped me calm down as I wept through my hormonal roller coaster. In between ranting and sniffling, I sipped my chilled drink while my good friend consoled. By the end of my tea, I had changed my tune, soaked up some sun and was able to leave dry-eyed.
