Our family has been utilizing Stitch In Time Alterations for years. Mary does a fabulous & professional job on everything we’ve brought her. She’s honest, and will tell you if something cannot or should not be repaired. She has also saved a few items of clothing by repairing them. Mary is very friendly and easy-​going, I recommend her to everyone who lives within the Twin Cities.

The location and interior of the shop isn’t impressive but the service is fantastic. I’ve only alter a dress so far but it was done beautifully. The owner is a friendly lady. I’ve paid too much at the mall alteration shops and I’m glad I found this place.

Wanted to share a great local alteration service. Still relatively new to the Bloomington/​Richfield area and was in need alterations service for my clothes. Did my research for what was available around the around and found this small shop near Southdale.
Mary (owner of the shop) was very welcoming and friendly and was able to quickly help me with a couple items. The pricing is fair regardless of your clothing item. She also offered flexible turnaround time with no additional charges for faster turnaround. In addition, she was able to provide samples of her work to help set my expectation of the alteration results.
This place is definitely not a secret as I had to wait briefly behind a couple customers when picking up my clothes.
