Got a flat mid ride. The Hub had us back on the road in under 15 minutes for half of what I thought the price would be.

Had my bike tuned at their Minnehaha location. The check in person was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly, going over the bike in detail, pointing out other needed repairs, all of which I was unaware. It can be argued that the suggestions were self-serving for the coop’s profit. I welcomed them, knowing my bike would be safer. She exuded confidence absent the snobbishness I have encountered at other bike shops. I felt confident I made the right choice in choosing the Hub. The checkout process was as professional and satisfactory as the check in. Am very satisfied with the tune-up, and will definitely make the Hub Bike Coop Minnehaha location my bike tune-up and repair.

We dropped in here to talk to them about getting a bike, and when done the women had spent good time with us, and provide lots of great information. This is definitely on a very short list of places we will be back to in the spring to get a bikes to both ride around the lakes and take home.

I bought a bike basket here on Saturday, and after less that two days of riding, friction from my front tire tore a hole in the bottom and one of the ties affixing it to the handlebar completely gave out. Not acceptable! I brought it back to the Hub, and they let me return it for a full refund and helped me pick out a sturdier basket. They showed me how to affix the new basket on to my bike and lent me the tools to do so. So incredibly helpful and friendly.

This place has a lot of the things the other bike shops don’t in a very small area. I was able to find cotton bar tape(the really old school stuff) in more than just white and black here. I got yellow :) Anyways the costs here are really low and the service is pretty good. They are there to help you but don’t incessantly pester you like some sales people at other shops.

Knowledgeable staff, rad accessories and bomb bikes. The Hub is a bikers mecca. They have so many things to chose from you can’t go wrong. I bought an awesome bike that I am in love with from The Hub and couldn’t be happier. Tip-If you buy a new bike, you get a free tune up after a month of riding!

I’m not quite a fan of the West Bank location as I am with the Longfellow location. It’s quite small in comparison but a convenient location near the university to get tune-ups and repairs! So come here for services and the occasional bike tube but go to the Longfellow location to purchased bikes new and used.

Best bike store in MN. Super friendly, super smart people to help you find the best bike, at the right size, and at the best price. REAL bikes, workhorse commuter bikes. And little-to-no spandex or carbon to speak of anywhere!

I went to buy some stuff for my bike and a pair of shorts, and they were super helpful and nice. They raised my seat up and did a quick once over on my bike to make sure I wasn’t going to die before sending me on my way with no charge for the easy-peasy unscrewing of my seat and tightening of my brakes and such. The staff seems super informed about everything bike related — I feel like I could ask any question without being scoffed at as well, which is pretty awesome(as I am bike maintenance challenged). They told me stuff I should be doing to maintain my bike without trying to shove products down my throat. I will definitely be stopping in if anything falls apart on my dear bike so that they can make it all better for a very reasonable price.

This particular location is seriously lacking in a large variety of bikes, but the small service prices(wheel repairs, etc) are reasonable and the staff is, in general, very friendly. I appreciate how close to my school it is.

The West Bank location of the Hub Bike Coop is much smaller and lacks used bikes/equipment. The service is fast in my experience and the people are friendly enough.
