Thrivent Cafe

Great stop for those of us on this end of the Skyway. The Thrivent café offers many great healthy choices — my favorite being one of the best salad bars in the Twin Cities. Extensive array of greens, other veggies, eggs (other protein items), and dressings — all at reasonable prices. Free ice water. Very pleasant seating areas. We are fortunate to have this Downtown.

I don’t work at Thrivent, but would not mind working here to take advantage of their super nice cafeteria and dining room. This is one nice selection of choices:
Pizza
Desserts and good looking ones I might add
Deli
Salad Bar with good stuff (like Byerlys or Lunds)
Hot Entrees
Per made sandwiches, salads, sushi.
Soups
Quite a bit to choose from. Today I chose the taco salad in one of the good but greasy shells. Mine was a tad too greasy, but it was still good.
Dining area is nice and big with plenty of tables, circular booth style, single tops and a nice view. There is also patio seating.
Upon entering, little coffee shop and sundries.
Non Thrivent employees can eat here as well, you just won’t get the discount.
Lovely choice for lunch. Will return.
