University Village is a gret place to live! I have been here for 2 years and I am definitely coming back for a 3rd! The building offers indoor parking, bike storage, fitness center, community room with computers, printer, huge tv, comfortable chairs, dart board, and ping pong table! The apartments are very spacious. Large living rooms, kitchens big enough for multiple people to cook in at once, and bedrooms beig enough for 2 people. Carpeted floors in the bedrooms and living room, and tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. The walls are thick enough that you don’t need to worry about loud or noisy neighbors. The management and staff are great! Very frendly and helpful all of the time! Maintenance is quick to fix problems, and in case of an emergency, they will come any time day or night. Packages are held in the office to ensure that they are not lost or stolen. And, there is a security patrol on the premisis at night to watch all parts of the building. Overall, University Village is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone! You cannot go wrong living at University Village.

this is my 5th year in the UV, I have lived the first three years in a shared 2BR apartment, and then moved to a 1-BR apt. I love this place, it is very cozy, the management are helpful, friendly, and considerate. The helpers/maintenance staff are also friendly and helpful, they come on time and are respectful. The bedrooms are comfortable, each bedroom has its own full toilet, the kitchen includes a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, the living room is spacious, but depending on the side of the building the view from the windows can be nice or boring. There is a community room where someone can invite his/her friends to, and a study room with computers and a printer, you just need to bring your papers. The parking is heated and secured. Overall this is a very comfortable place to live in, the tenants are a mixture of university students and families, if I were to stay in the US for more years, I would love to keep my apt.
