The folks at Viverant were phenomenal. I had surgery on my right hip; torn labrum and ball and socket reshaped and mended some muscle damage. My surgeon highly recommended the girls at Viverant so I heeded his advice and went. I am a huge hiker too, have always been active, long boarding, biking, running and after 9 weeks I have absolutely no pain and am just biding my time until they allow me to run again. I recommend the folks at Viverant, check out their website for full bios’ on the trainers and stop in to see their facility and say hi, you wont be disappointed.

Let me start with, they have some great therapists. That being said, their billing is questionable which is the reason they only get 2 stars. For in-network insurance patients you can go through insurance and pay $ 60 more – or just pay upfront and not use insurance. In this day of high deductibles, if every medical office would do this, insurance companies are the winners! They will never have to pay. This is not different than a service person taking cash under the table. So even if you don’t have this PT in your insurance, price is the same. Good service. Just expect to pay out of pocket.
UPDATE: Talk to your insurance company before paying upfront. My actual payment was much different than quoted.
