Wendy’s

I came here on a Sunday evening at 5:30 pm, and it seemed that there were a lot of employees standing around and not a lot of direction. It took a few minutes to get served even though there was an employee next to us not doing anything. Also some of the employees were snapping at each other which I thought was somewhat inappropriate. The remodel looks nice, but the service is poor.

This Wendy’s use to be pretty rough and it was completely shut down and remodeled in 2015. The building has now been brought up to date with a welcoming appearance. Overall it’s fairly consistent with the service & food quality especially when comparing to some of the not so great competitors in the area. Wendy’s also has a nice variety of premium lemonade including flavors you won’t find at other fast food joints. Given the many choices in the area for fast food, I prefer this Wendy’s over other places as I’m usually given good service & decent food. As with any fast food place, the food on any given day can be hit or miss such as soggy fries or a not so great burger. Considering this is a fast food place, this location is usually on the better side of things which also includes order accuracy. I usually don’t have any problems.
