West Health Campus

This is a terrible clinic. Be prepared to fill out mental health questionnaires at every visit. This includes visits to your family doctor. The doctors only seem to care about previous notes. They don’t investigate issues themselves.
Also, your psychology notes are open to any doctor in the system. It’s very awkward when your doctor says they just reviewed your mental health file. This is a violation of privacy. Please don’t visit this clinic. I regret that I ever went here.

I am not somebody who takes time to write a review unless I am over-​the-​top impressed. Last night I was!
My father has been going to West Health Urgent Care for over four years when he isn’t able to get in with his regular physician. On Friday, October 3 he asked me to take him for a health concern. We were seen immediately and every person who assisted us was friendly, professional and extremely competent. I have been to other Urgent Care facilities in the past so I brought a bag of books to read thinking this was going to be a long night! We were in and out within 2 hours and that included x-​rays!
Our physician was Dr. Obetz and our RN was Kelly~she knows why I can’t forget her beautiful name: o). Both were fantastic! Dr. Obetz took time to explain what was going on with my dad, follow-​up care and estimated time for recovery. We left feeling informed and relieved.
While we were waiting for our report my dad recognized two other doctor’s names on the white board and said he had seen them previously and was impressed with their skills as well.
I’m so thankful that my parents have a ²⁴⁄₇ healthcare facility close to their home. I live in St. Louis Park but will definitely drive to West Health Plymouth if I have an after hours emergency. I even asked my dad after we left if I am too sick to drive would he pick me up and take me there. I’m super fussy about where I go for health care and I’ve been unimpressed with other urgent care facilities in the past. West Health Urgent Care has earned my trust and confidence with the medical treatment they have given my dad.

Over 2 hour wait for «urgent care», rude staff!

Great facility. Their pricing is terrible. If you have a large deductable, stay away.
