WORST experience, Paul was nothing but horrible. He takes my case, then my paralegal quits in the middle of it (doesn’t say anything to me so i’m calling a random number) then the replacement one Elizabeth is just an AIRHEAD. Arbitration — of course cause Paul wasn’t ready he just hands my case over to another lawyer (who had no paper work for my file. — I had to go run around and get all my paperwork again) They lost my case, (after it having to be last minute rescheduled 12 hour notice.) cause of being unprepared and then called my doctors office and slandered my name after trying to give my doctors the run around! I didn’t hear from Paul, when I would walk into his office he would ignore me but when my small settlement came in, I get an email saying he wants to talk to me IN PERSON to sign the check. (Of course now you do but I couldn’t get a hello over the past year, and you slander my name to my doctors office?) I wouldn’t recommend, these people to anybody.

Lindsay and Paul were amazing. I didn’t have a huge claim, but they both treated me as if I was the only case they were working on. If you’re in an accident, you should definitely call Woods & Thompson.

Worst experience with a lawyer in my life. Lindsey Mancini was my lawyer. She would take months to return an email or phone call. I waited over 18 months for my final settlement payout after the check had been issued and was held in trust at Woods and Thompson.

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul Thompson this year and would highly recommend him and his firm to anyone looking for a compassionate attorney who knows the law backwards and forwards. As recipients of the 2014 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics– I know that Woods & Thompson is team that I can trust.

They told me to expect an email and a packet in the mail and I had to call the next week to remind them to send them.
Paul Thompson told me over the phone that he takes small cases because, even though he won’t make money on them, he’s developing relationships with people who might refer larger cases to him in the future. Then, when I met in person with him, he said that small cases are «not worth it» and he would only take my case if I was seeking disability, pain and suffering (which I didn’t have).
He’s misinformed about the IME process.
