Erika from Client Centered Massage never showed for my appointment today. I was confirmed by «email» for a 10am appointment and drove 70 miles. When I showed, the door was locked. The suite advertised as Suite #300 on Client Centered Massage’s details is really«Inner Beauty Medical Spa». I waited for 25 minutes. A girl showed and said this place is hers. It looks like they used the medical beds to double for massages, Yuk! Each room was messy and looked like they had all been used. The gal that apparently owned the place called for over 1 hour trying to locate Erika. She then found a note saying my appointment was listed on her computer for 11am. I cancelled my afternoon activities to wait until 11am. Remember, I confirmed 2 sepearte time by email that I needed a 10am slot. It was confirmed by Erika both times. No one showed up at 11am, 11:15am or 11:30am. I finally GAVEUP and left. This ruined the first 3 hours of my morning. I drove a long distance to take advantage of this, as well as taking the day off work. I had also cancelled my entire afternoon to make room to wait for a later appointment, which still never happened. I will not be returning.

I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage + foot scrub. Erica was amazing! She welcomed me with a warm smile and offered a bottle of water prior to the massage. After initial paperwork she asked about key problem areas and had recalled a phone conversation a week prior to the massage(which was nice that either she was taking notes or remembered). I’m settling onto the heated massage table(which feels like a fluffy cloud by the way) and am therapeutically hyping myself up for this massage(breathe in… HELLYEAH! breathe out… ahhh…). Something that I really appreciated was that I received a full 90-minute massage(excluding the foot scrub). A lot of other places tend to include the consultation into the time frame. Throughout the massage, she offered some advice/hand on assistance to help maximize the massage(lowering my shoulders, rotating my ankle, etc.). Erica offered complimentary hot stones and aromatherapy(a hell of a deal, I think!), which added a most soothing touch to the experience. After all was said and done, I felt like a pile of human jelly. Which was awesome.
